My husband was removed from our home during this investigation due to abuse. I contacted records and requested the case records, I received a letter from Eric Griffin Jr. telling me I could not have a copy of the records. During this time a recieved a call from my ex-husband telling me I would never get those records because Frank Castro Jr., of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign called in a favor to DFPS where he was formally an employee. I have had 4 different attorneys tell me that this letter and procedures that Eric Griffin Jr. partook in violated all the policies and procedures of records management. One particular attorney stated "this is wrong and a lie". I am requesting to file a formal grievance against Eric Griffin Jr.. This has caused a great deal of pain for my children and myself and caused the further abuse of my children.
