Ms. Neering-Marshall,
The attached call sheets are the only additional responsive records I could locate under the phone numbers you used to call the police. I previously provided all incidents under the names you gave me that resulted in a report being written. The attached call sheets are what we have when we receive a call or dispatch an officer and a report isn’t written. Call sheets are not searchable by the same criteria as reports, so they do not show up when conducting a name search.

Ried, as i told you before I have police reports that missing. Can you explain how police reports just disappear. I have no problem pulling the officers who wrote the reports and were at my home. To prove these reports have disappeared and while you thinking up a valid excuse for i will be finding the hard copies and when I find those the detective who made them disappear may find himself in a bit of a pickle.
