MY RELATIONS WITH MY CHILDREN DENIED JOAQUIN CASTRO SAID YOU DONT HAVE TO LET HER TALK TO THE CHILDREN

During the year 2013 Relations and attention denied children In January 2013 I called Mr. Marshall several times trying to tell him that we were planning to move back to Michigan. Mr. Marshall did not answer the calls nor did he return the messages. I used my daughter’s cell phone to do this and even though the account has been closed I believe I will be able to get the phone records from that account. Before we moved from Texas to Michigan in February of 2013 we scheduled a supervised visitation with Mr. Marshall and his children. Supervised visitation was required by a CPS investigation and those documents are attached. This visitation was supervised by Hubert Clifton Robertson and Donald D. Neering. During this visitation Mr. Robertson and my children attempted to give Gregory J. Marshall family photos and photo albums, Mr. Marshall gave them back to the children he didn’t want them. Mr. Marshall asked for 18 speed bicycle and I informed Mr. Robertson that Gregory and I had already had a conversation about the bike if he returned the laptops he took from the home I would give him the bike and whatever else he wanted. He refused to comply even when police officers had told him to return the devices. Mr. Marshall told our children that he couldn’t go with us to Michigan at this time because he was enrolled in computer classes. He assured the children that as soon as the classes were finished he would be coming to Michigan in three months time. Our children were very excited about their father’s arrival to Michigan. As we drove to Michigan Aadyan Marshall took out a calendar and calculated his arrival down to the day. When we were living at my parents home and the time that Aadyan had calculated our children were anxious for their father’s arrival. Each time there was a knock on the door they would scream “Dad” and going running to the door, they were disappointed each and every time. My parents and I knew that Gregory was not coming but we didn’t want to squash the children’s hope. I continuously called Mr. Marshall and asked when he was coming. In June 2013 Gregory J. Marshall told me that he knew someone who had gone to his home state to be with his family and that man had been put into jail and had to stay there for 11 months, Mr. Marshall claimed this man had never done anything wrong. I was confused because I had never threatened to have Mr. Marshall Put in jail and there was not any reason for me to even call law enforcement simply because Mr. Marshall was coming to Michigan to be with his family. The following month Mr. Marshall told us all that he was not coming to Michigan he didn’t like it here and there is no money in Michigan. My children were crushed and Aadyan kept repeating over and over again “Dad broke his promise; I can’t believe he broke his promise”. Family and friends asked me “if he’s staying Texas because there’s more money where is his money?”. I and my children kept in constant communication with Gregory J. Marshall, when he wasn’t blocking our calls from coming in. I was living with my parents: Donald and Janet Neering 1140 N. Farley rd. Essexville, MI. 48732 989-893-9010 When Gregory Marshall and I would have arguments he would block the phone number I was using and many times I would have to ask others to call him and give him messages: for example I had to call Hubert Clifton Robertson 989-213-7822 on April 21st 2013, and ask Hubert if he could call Mr. Marshall and ask him to call his daughter and wish her a happy Birthday. Mr. Marshall did not call any of our children, or send presents or cards on their Birthdays. There were no Christmas presents sent and no Merry Christmas phone calls received. During May of 2013 Gregory J. Marshall and I were discussing my quickest and most effective way to back on my feet and to get into a home and redevelop streamlines of income. Mr. Marshall suggested that he wanted to move us back to San Antonio where he would place us into a homeless shelter and he assured me that we would only have to stay there for about two to four days before we would be granted subsidized housing. I found it hard to believe that in a city as large as San Antonio it would only take 2 to 4 days to get into a home. I still don’t believe that and think that Mr. Marshall had something else in mind. Mr. Marshall informed us that we would have to leave all of possessions behind and only bring clothing. Mr. Marshall said that he had been staying in homeless shelters since he was separated from us and he knew how things worked. With this information I did a little research and found that it easier to get subsidized housing if you’re in a homeless shelter, and in my case I would be receiving section 8 housing with my veteran’s status. In June of 2013 my children and I went to live in the Good Samaritan Shelter in Bay City. My parents and I had an agreement that we would be moving out of their home on July 1st 2013 and I thought that it was my best option to get help. I did indeed receive my section 8 however I was required to find a home in a short time span and I was unable to do so. I lost my section 8. During my time at the shelter Mr. Marshall told me he was getting an apartment and he would have a place for the children to stay, however I would have to find my own place to stay and then he said you can live in a ditch for all I care. During the same conversation Mr. Marshall shared with me that he was building a law suit against CPS of Texas. This made me laugh because Mr. Marshall’s rights were never violated by CPS. However at this time I have learned that he really is attempting to sue CPS. December 10th 2013 During the month of December of 2013 my family and I suffered electricity shut off due to the inability to pay our bill. We applied for assistance for help and we contacted Gregory J. Marshall my ex-husband and father of my children and we begged him to help pay the eletricty bill. Mr. Marshall became very angry and was yelling at me that he was taking our children and the FBI was going to take me away. He refused to help me pay the bill and restore the heat to our home. I heated the home using the fireplace and I was able to cook using a propane grill until I was able to receive assistance to restore our power. My mother and father came to our home and helped us and they also made phone calls to Gregory Marshall asking him when he would start supporting his family?
