GREG MARSHALL MANIPULATED THE SYSTEM HAD MY VAN REPOSSED ON MY BIRTHDAY

Bay City, MI. 48706 989-225-7160 To whom it may concern; I Dawn M Neering-Marshall contacted my husband(Gregory J Marshall Jr.), asking him to assist me in making a automobile payment on July 10th 2013. Mr. Marshall refused to help stating that he was unemployed and couldn’t help. Mr. Marshall went on to state that it is not his responsibility to help maintain a vehicle. During our C.P.S. investigation (which started due to a complaint made that Gregory Marshall was being abusive to wife and Children), I was told that I needed to get a reliable automobile and I feel it should be a responsibility of both parents to maintain said vehicle. On or around July 20th 2013 my 10 year old son (Aadyan Marshall), on his own accord called his father and asked him to help pay for our truck so his mother (Dawn M. Neering-Marshall) would not have to return their Dodge Caravan to the lenders. Aadyan was very upset when getting off the phone with his father because as he stated his father was laughing because we were losing our vehicle.
