OFFICER RYAN WINEGARDENER EAGAN MINNESOTA HE WAS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY WITH ME

This is a police report written by officer Ryan weingartner on March 19th 2021. I also have videos of what the officer was doing and his female partner. They were colluding with dirty officers like officer Christopher deck of the San Antonio Police department. As you can see in this police report he was talking to somebody by the name of Dan Nelson who said that he works for a tow truck company and he was trying to commandeer the Enterprise rental vehicle that I was driving. Enterprise rental did not call this tow truck company. I called Dan Nelson from the Dakota county jail and on a recorded call he said that he doesn't know me never talk to a police officer and doesn't work for a tow truck company. It is very concerning that officer Ryan weingartner was unable to verify the identity of the man who said that he was trying to tow the Enterprise rental vehicle. Officer Ryan weingartner was told that they were repossessing the vehicle and they were hired by Enterprise rental he gave me copies of documents from a repossession company in California. The owner of the repossession company has the exact same name as a sapd police officer. The statement on the repossession companies document states that I was sending repetitive emails to a man named Clint Roderick. I'm pretty sure that I was not sending emails to Clint Roderick and I don't appreciate his statement that I'm having a mental break of sorts. Officer Ryan weingartner never verified documents of ownership of the vehicle. As you can see in the police report there's a man named Timothy Wilson who claims to be an employee of Enterprise rental but officer Ryan weingartner didn't list his driver's license information and did not verify that the man actually works for Enterprise rental. I called and left voicemails for officer Ryan weingartner about the contraindications of this police report. Some of it is fraud. In the police report it states that the Florida Police department waits a while before they report a vehicle stolen because that's the way they do things in Florida so apparently it was more than 3 months before the vehicle was reported stolen. And the police report you will see that my charges are receiving stolen property. You will also see that Timothy Wilson was also charged with receiving stolen property. Timothy Wilson never went to jail I did. Because of the way that the police report is written it looks like Egan Police department is implicating Enterprise rental in some very serious crimes.
