The name on the competency test is Dr Kimberly Turner Dr Kimberly Turner needs to be informed that this could ruin her career because of the things that are listed in that competency test that don't make any sense. The woman is not authorized to diagnose me or prescribe me with medication. She claimed that she received social media from the court and that is a perjurious lie she is in contempt of court
