Kiosk messages in the Dakota County Jail

June 27th 12:06:29pm Grievances rejected Original message 2022-06-23 15:34:23 June 22nd in 8100 unit all the mail for all inmates was stopped by SGT. SNEDDEKER he brought in letters telling the women they violated policies - he told Meagan F. that he didn't know where her stamp came from. He stopped it kept it and said he was destroying the stamped envelope and her letter. He would not let her even have it back. I gave her the stamp and I got the stamp from Officer Hannah. Officer Hannah had given many inmates stamps. it says right in the handbook that we will recieve postage supplied by the jail for letters to officials and our attorneys. We never recieved that postage until Officer Hannah donated stamps and envelopes. SNEEDEKER also destroyed a letter that Lexi Miller was sending and Mackenzie Sauer. 6-27-2022 12:06:37pm Grievances Rejected Original Message 2022 -06-23 15:44:03 Morgan arrived on the unit. Morgan is the social worker in the jail she is a new employee and she is NOT qualified for her job. The moment that she arrived she was telling people that they can not have People INC help unless they have been sentenced and have an out date. This is false information it is a lie. Lexi Miller had two meetings with these people from this non-profit but when I inquired about their services suddenly they won't give services to those who have not been senteced with out date. She was telling this lie to everyone and it looks like discrimination. Discrimation is against the law. Morgan is not doing this non-profit a favor at all. They get their government funding based on how many people they help and Morgan is telling all inmates they can't have their help. Morgan is not helping anyone here she has issues. When people were inquiring about the non-profit that pays people bonds and helps them get bailed out she was using the excuse you have to have someone on the outside to fill out the paperwork. That's another lie based on my situation to be sure I couldn't out. When I had first arrived I watched two inmates use the non-profit and they were out in two days with their help. After Morgan arrived at the jail NO ONE ever was allowed to use that non-profit and get themselves bailed out. Many inmates were announcing that because they had no one on the outside they couldn't get out of jail. I talked to an attorney he said he has been practicing for more than 20 years and he has NEVER heard of people staying in jail just because they have no one on the outside. SGT. SNEDEKER and his pet Morgan are half witts. 6-28-2022 8:32:27am Grievance was rejected. I was getting messages from the grievance department that had a page cut copied and pasted from the handbook and it was SNEDDEKER and HALEY that were doing this. That page that was from handbook requires day time and location then the incident listed I followed those guidelines and they still refused to do anything with the grievances. They took one sentence out of that handbook page and I am going to put that up with the details of why that one sentence was taken out. I recieved hundreds of rejected grievances and the moment I opened it, it was deleted. I looked at other inmates accounts and all their read messages were being saved. Not mine. I recieved information from Dr. Tyler and it was deleted before I could even write down the information. I told the officer this happened and they told me to put in a data request to get the deleted message and I did so that deleted message wasn't in the data that I recieved. There's a lot the FBI is going to love this. In the picture above you see the page from the handbook that was in cut copied and pasted into all my messages of grievance rejection. the line underlined is the line that was ommitted from the messages sent to me. Because they thought they could gas light about the retailation. Now of course everyone knows, hopefully, that retailation is against the law. They did retailate against me constantly and tried to mask the retailation. They made all inmates in the unit suffer because I was typing in that kiosk everyday. They subjected that unit to 3 strip searches in less than 60 days and some of the inmates that were there undercover knew it was because of me and my stories in the kiosk. They seemed to be understanding however the strip searches caused huge emotional reactions from all inmates. It wasn't unti I talked to an attorney on the phone that I found out that if you are a victim of rape or domestic violence you are not suppose to be subjected to a strip search. It triggars all those memories and it could cause an emotional break down. Not once did one single employee ask one single inmate about their history of violaence and assualt. So the first strip search was completely unorganized and it looked as though these officers had never conducted a strip search before in their life. They took us to the gym and they had loaded assualt rifles when they ordered us out of our cells. They were telling us to wear just a t-shirt and pair of shorts. No one listened thank God because when they returned us to the unit they had taken every uniform from every room and all our linen. We had to go the rest of the day with no bedding and no uniforms. So when they took us from the unit they took us to the gym lined us up on the wall and took one inmate at a time to a bathroom. Officer Fort Washington and a latino female officer had the door wide open when they had us stripped. We could see the women that were stripped down and if we could see them then the male officers that were standing there with their assualt rifles could see them as well. So this was the grievance I wrote about the fact that the male officers could see into the bathroom. At some point in time the female officers were told to close the door so obviously it was a issue. There was an africian american officer became very upset about this situation and he went into a supply room and sat for some time to get away from the horrific situation. Clerly this is not a common accurance. SGT. SNEDDEKER is a plague to the jail and hummanity.
