every time that ugly piece of crap shows up at a hotel the computer stops working the printer stops working he accesses the systems and stops everything from working he's in my room right now he's been taking stacks of papers out of the room telling me that I f***** up because I left envelopes in the room I also left a hard copies of my receipt from Verizon and he took it he took a lot of other things from the other hotels too strangest things to take but that's what he does
