Emails to governor Abbott

I sent emails to Governor Abbott and my senator. I attempted to file complaints with dfps internal affairs department about Joseph Rodriguez and the things that he had done to violate my civil rights the things that he had done as collusion and obstruction of justice none of those complaints actually got sent my attempts were stopped and sorted because of those who have access to my phone making it dysfunctional as always with every phone I've ever owned
