This is a satanic worshiper that's on the Streets of San Antonio from what I understand he's a part of the group of train Hoppers that like to kill people for fun . Apparently he's done too many drugs he looks like a skeleton now . He walks around looking in trash cans he goes extended periods of time without any food at all he was put out here on purpose .
