Low IQ police officers

 Here in the pictures you can see a police officer who is blocking the crosswalk on Market Street he's parked right in the middle of it people that are trying to walk across I have to walk into the street to get around his police cruiser. He has the back end of the police cruiser in traffic you can see a bus trying to travel down the street nearly clipping the police cruiser. How is this enforcing safety when you're creating hazards? Police officers have little to no common sense whatsoever enforcing the reality that I pointed out earlier that they are hand-picked from high school those with low GPAs

The female police officer on the bike here has her hair hanging down into the middle of her back. She's out of uniform. She's more concerned about her hair and looking pretty than she is about being able to do her job. In an effort to feel more feminine she's compromising her ability to do her job. Of course all of the female police officers at sapd do this on a regular basis and none of them ever suffer any consequences for being out of uniform she's creating a hazard for herself her co-workers and all the residents of San Antonio. Try to imagine all the things that could happen when that hair is flying around if she has to chase down a criminal if she has to pull her weapon. There's a reason you have to pull your hair up off of your collar when you wear your uniform and they are good reasons if she doesn't want to comply with the uniform then she should get another job.
