See the silver minivan it is inoperable it has no plates no registration and it's been sitting there for years. She's living in that minivan it has not even so much as received a parking ticket it's supposed to be towed away. You can't have a vehicle that does not operate that is not registered or insured sitting on a residential street. That's the law.
