City employees no brain

Here in San Antonio we have the stupidest people in the nation all compiled into one city . You see that giant planter right there it would place there by city employees  when the bus stops where it's supposed to stop people can't get out the back door they have to exit the back door but they can't get out because that planners in front of the door that's how stupid the people working for the city of San Antonio are no common sense whatsoever these planners were put out there after the coronavirus lockdown  and it looks to me like they are placing them on purpose so the looters in the riots that they are planning will have something to destroy .  And the insurance companies can pay for the damage after they plan the riot
