VA funded boarding house

This is a VA funded boarding house ran by a name named Vincent .  From the stories I've gotten about Vincent he is a sociopath he's criminal he's not a very kind man he has no soul . He's been pulling people from his boarding house into this conspiracy to attack me  and if that isn't bad enough listen to all of his other crimes and what he's doing with this boardinghouse in the way that he is guilty of fraud  stealing from people with mental disorders .  As you can see the house doesn't reach code and he won't let anybody stay there unless they have SSI  or veterans  benefits.

I talked to him and said that I needed a place to stay and I'd like to apply he immediately the first thing out of his mouth was who is your payee. He didn't even ask me if I got Social Security or veterans benefits the only thing he knew is that was a veteran living on the streets. Immediately he wanted to know about money that's not the way these places are supposed to work. The Veterans Administration dumps large amounts of money in this place does everybody see what they're getting for their money a place that's falling apart and doesn't reach code that is full Beyond its capacity. See the young man standing there his name is Wesley he is a veteran who gets Medical VA benefits $3,000 a month and Vincent requires Wesley to pay $2,000 a month to stay in that boarding house. He gets a tiny room and some food that is delivered by sa Concepts. That's it for $2,000 a month Wesley could go stay at the seagull hotels and pay $800 a month I receive a room twice the size free TV electricity cable Wi-Fi and laundry all for $800 a month.

Vincent is a crook there's nothing illegal about what he's doing he's doing this to people who are receiving SSI as well and they're paying out more than half of their checks to him to stay there it's a lot of money. Wesley says that he doesn't want to go back and he doesn't want to give them any more money but Vinson is holding his medication and he will not return Wesley things to him including his prescription medication until Wesley pays him Wesley doesn't want to pay him he wants to leave. And you would want to leave to this place is disgusting it stinks they hold you prisoner they won't let you have your medication these people are not trained Physicians or medical professionals in any sense they should not have their hands on other people's medication.
