SAPD downtown officer

The day before I took this picture of this police officer there were two people on the street screaming and yelling at each other I was walking along the sidewalk taking pictures on Commerce Street .  A police officer came out of the substation to do something about the people that were screaming and yelling and threatening to do each other bodily harm it was a man and a woman . It was this police officer that came out of the substation and the moment he reached the sidewalk he saw me  taking pictures . He went back into the substation instead of addressing the people that were out of control both verbally and physically . When he re-emerged once again from the substation he was wearing a pair of sunglasses .  And why do you think you put on the sunglasses when there was no sun ? Because I was taking pictures and he was trying to hide his identity in the pictures that I would be taking . Why would somebody be so concerned about hiding their identity when I'm taking pictures because you're guilty or guilty of a crime . When he addressed the people that were combative loud  he witnessed the fact that they were threatening to do me bodily harm simply because I was taking pictures  the woman started rushing up on me . He yelled at them to keep walking and keep going and he ignored the fact that I had just been threatened he refused to address the fact that I have the right to press charges . He did not ask me if I wanted to press charges he did not ask me if I was okay .  He yelled at me to keep walking . Welcome to the land of the free if I want to stand on that sidewalk  then I'm going to do it what's the time limit of loitering there is none . I stood on the corner of Commerce and Presa  kitty corner from that officer  waiting for him to do the right thing to ask me if I want to press charges to ask me if I was okay I was waiting for him to do his job . What he did in fact two  was get rude and crossed with me . Telling me that I had to keep moving . Violating my civil rights . As a matter of fact I don't have to keep moving and I didn't I was pretty upset about the whole ordeal . And as I keep walking I don't know where these two criminals are who threatened to do me bodily harm .  I was in danger and I wasn't going to get any help from those people who are being paid to ensure my safety . 

Although it's obvious I want to point out the fact  that it's easy for investigating officers and agents to figure out who this was  that did all that those sunglasses aren't going to protect you .  They can ask and you're required to give them the answer as to who was on the sidewalk and who refused to do anything about the crime that you witnessed
