Psycho strikes again

 You're the Central Library there's an electrician fixing the outlets and the lights that have been damaged in vandalized  he was fixing an outlet near where I was sitting when this psycho came at me once again threatening me his hands in the air pointing at me  I asked electrician if you would be my witness  he really doesn't want to be pulled into the mess but what else am I supposed to do police officers still have not come to my Aid  and I am scared to death of this psycho and many others were being sent at me . He keeps walking back and forth and I have no help purposely walking up on me inches away from me trying to grab my phone
