Hollywood Ripper

He looks so familiar I have seen this guy up close. Why does he look so familiar? I tried to read up on him and it is being blocked there is a reason they are going to such great lengths to block this from me.

So many times I see people I know but fail to remember how, where, and when and investigating agents jog my memory. Once it was someone that was a relative of a woman I worked with in insurance. The woman looked so much like her cousin I thought it was my former co-worker.
This happens constantly. I am not happy I recognise this guy. Apparently it has something to do with the dozens of times you all informed me I almost died.
