Governor Abbott unaware of what's happening in San Antonio

Governor Abbott seems to think  San Antonio is taking care of their homeless with no such thing is happening . People they decide that they're attacking or forced to the streets like myself and several other people I've met .  The coronavirus another poison is being added to the food of the homeless is that how you take care of it governor ?  Because that's what San Antonio is doing their euthanizing the homeless  that's their solution
