Dirty police officer

This is the police officer the other day that came out to deal with the two people that were fighting and screaming and yelling in the middle of the street . When he saw that I was out there standing there he went back into the substation it was a bit confusing he put on a pair of sunglasses came out to yell at the people that were fighting  should there at the corner of Commerce  and Navarro  heard these people threatening to do me bodily harm and they were running up on me to follow through with their threat  and although the police officer heard the threats he did nothing about it except threaten me and tell me that I need to keep walking  well what if I want to press charges for the threat I just received that would be your job . This moron thinks putting on sunglasses while he has having his picture taken breaking the law will make any difference whatsoever and help him from being held accountable  for his crime and his lack of ability  being a police officer .  You can imagine how upsetting it is for me to continuously be threatened simply because I'm taking pictures and these police officers are the ones instructing the homeless criminals  to threaten to do me bodily harm
