Dirty Criminal Officer H. Rose

 The video was already on the blog I asked officer if he was going to be writing more tickets for camping. He said I hope not which sounded like no you're my target. I am formed him that I had taken at least eight pictures of campers all over the city that evening. I'm curious to find out if I and Frank were the only ones who he wrote a ticket for. Frank was sleeping on the other side of the building where I was sleeping. Officer Rose told Frank to go ahead and stay there for the evening because it was going to rain but he had to write him a ticket. He informed Frank that he had to write him a ticket because I told officer rose that there was another person at that building. He called me a snitch. Don't police officers usually like snitches? They're doing anything they possibly can to get the homeless to attack me and my fight is for the homeless as well and they are genuinely attacking me they are threatening me

Dirty criminal officer Rose never offered me the opportunity to sign this ticket he wrote dirty hands where my signature belongs. Does that seem legal or ethical to you? This is not legal I do not have to comply with this ticket I did not sign it he was trespassing as I told him and you can see in the video that I posted I had already talked to the building manager who said it was fine as long as I didn't make a mess and I always cleaned up
How is it legal for the office early to be putting anything in a spot where my signature belongs and he thinks he's funny and comical by putting dirty hands on my signature line
