Community Garden

This is the community garden Downtown they taking all the picnic tables and benches out of the community garden . They put up signs that says private property . So if it's a community garden shouldn't be open to the community how on Earth is that private property ? I'm pretty sure this is owned by the city and that means it is not private property and it means those signs are a lie .  I haven't checked yet but I do believe the city owns that property those picnic tables were taken out because people were sleeping there and when they were sleeping and resting there I was taking pictures . Instead of helping the people that were there they just take us to picnic tables do they have nowhere to go . Does that seem like a mare who has compassion for the city for his constituents does it seem like a fair who actually cares about the well-being of all members of the city ? That's not the picture
