Code enforcement hearing

 I started seeing these signs more than a year ago and I stopped and paid attention  see how it reads it reads as if they are guilty of Code Enforcement violation . It says hearing there's going to be a hearing that means somebody has done something wrong .  They are simply requesting to put in a fence they are requesting to put in a handicap ramp . These people paid a half a million dollars for their home and property  and I have to go through a hearing as if they're doing something wrong because they want to make improvements to their home that's not the way the system works .  It requires a building permit and that's it you go down you purchase your building permit you put it in the window and then you make improvements to your home what is this hero crap .  You know what they're doing  they're wasting tax dollars is what they're doing how many people are present at this hearing how much money is going into a hearing and why do they have to go through a hearing  Jamaica improvements to their home  this is unconstitutional this violates their civil rights this is not the land of the free it's the land of the dictator the mayor  with dollar signs in his eyes . This doesn't make any sense and who was it that thought that they could put this unlawful act into place  and why is nobody doing anything about it . The first time I saw this it was in Landa Gardens  and it was posted next to a driveway and this time indicated there was something wrong with their driveway and it violated code  there was nothing wrong with the driveway  apparently this is the procedure they are forcing people to go through just to get a building permit .  Because it is so painful and so ridiculous it causes peopleto be apprehensive about making improvements to their home
