City does nothing about Covid-19 homeless

The city did a whole lot of nothing here you see an employee passing the buck. I am telling them I have covid-19 and I am not lying my blood will prove this and look at their reaction. A huge lack of action. Covid-19 should be addressing this not homeless outreach this is ridiculous. They have been told to ignore the homeless and they are more than willing to do just that. This is how sick our Mayor is and the Governor is good at ignoring all residents including homeless.
