I made my way back to the central library and here is the combative violent aggressive man who threatened to beat my head in who attempted to grab my who attempted to steal my phone so that he could smash and break it police officers did absolutely nothing I called nine-one-one told them of the issue and as I sit at the Central Library my life is in danger and police officers aren't going to help me because they're the ones that are sending these idiots to do me bodily harm to scream and swear my face . 
I promise you after that 911 call nobody was dispatched nobody came nobody showed up
