Central Library about 8:30 p.m. Sunday April 26th

 Here at the Central Library Sunday evening about 8:30 PX I was sitting here with Travis Cruz and I believe it was five bike police officers showed up sapd. Two females one of those females is the redhead the foreign agent who year-ago put me in handcuffs and slam me up against the wall told me that she wasn't going to take the handcuffs off unless I agreed to sign as the citation the citation citing me for something I didn't do and the person that wrote the citation was officer dufus who didn't see me do anything at all it was a sergeant who chased me into the street and then accused me of obstructing traffic there was no traffic I didn't obstruct any traffic and I was running away from him because he was aggressive kept saying that he want to talk to me while I don't have to talk to you welcome to America the land of the free not going to violate my civil rights without me fighting back. And I can see clearly that the tatted skankin Frank red-headed foreign agent working at sapd was never reprimanded for what she had done and she hasn't lost her badge and gun at this point in time and I promise you she will and will be a court of law that takes it from her. She is completely convinced that she can break whatever laws she wants and just respect any person that she feels like disrespecting because that's exactly what she did when she was here at the Central Library talking and harassing the homeless that have nowhere to go. Informing me that she's going to report all the people that aren't supposed to be here will maybe she has a definition as to where they're supposed to be when they have nowhere to go. And apparently you don't have as much Authority as you think you do who you going to report it to perhaps you'd like to report it to the governor and inform him that the mare isn't taking care of the homeless and he isn't taking the coronavirus seriously. The other female decided to start yelling at people and talking down to them like she's better than them her God complex is way out of control. How would a peace officer that actually enforces peace and knows how to talk to people with respect in a dignified manner how about saying I'm sorry but you can't have an alcoholic beverage here at the public library grounds can you please pour it out? What's wrong with saying it like that and treating somebody with dignity dignity? That's not what she did she was Raising her voice and talking down to the person pour that out now that is not your child or your pet that is a human being who has rights. And just because he made the mistake of drinking a beer while he was here doesn't mean that you have the right to talk down to him like he's a piece of dirt. Apparently it's difficult for you dirty police officers you criminals to talk to people in a respectful dignified manner the reason you have a job is because of these people the reason you have a paycheck is because they pay taxes these are the people that you were supposed to be protecting could you don't know anything about that all you know about is how to break the law an exercise a God complex that is disgusting. President Trump I'm sorry but it does appear that these dirty cops have a leg up on you it appears that you're unable to bring them to justice even though I've given you enough to put them in prison for the rest of their lives. The message you're sending to the nation is that you're incapable of bringing them to justice you're incapable of getting control of the dirty police officers that are criminals killers and murderers that's the message that's being sent.
