Catholic workers house harassment

There was two different city worker white pickup trucks that showed up and drove past slowly over and over again one of them was in the city-owned vehicle lighting up a cigarette .  two parking enforcement employees showed up they said their white pickup truck across from the Catholic Workers house and sat there for several minutes take a look at the pictures of the white pickup truck and the time stamps that are there .  Three different sapd officers were driving past over and over again very slowly this is called harassment . There was one Transit police officer that drove past very slowly he was paying attention to the via bus stop and the numerous people that were surrounding that via bus.  If they're waiting for a bus I don't see how you can harass them .  Donations were given once again while the Catholic Workers house were servicing the homeless .  Three different are police officers showed up and we're giving the people in the park a hard time remember the parts are open  they can be in the park . And if you're exercising which includes walking you don't have to wear the mask if you're eating you don't have to wear the mask but yet the Park police officer went out of her way to demand that everybody put on their masks  ignoring the fact that they were exercising and eating .
