This man was over by the Baptist Hospital walking about an hour ago for men approached him and hit him over the head with a pipe trying to steal his bike he was able to get away and they didn't get the bike where are the police officers when you need them. It seems to me he must be some sort of Target and they are getting out of control up here on the streets the one that you put out here from the Bear County Jail who did that oh that's right governor Abbott.
Has a huge knot on his head is bleeding and there's a huge cut on his nose he needs medical system but of course us out here in the streets don't get what we need including Justice
