Creating panic and Hysteria

This is another business that's boarded up and they decided to take a spray can  and write on it  quarantine keep out 26 days .  It's funny how they put this plywood up long before it was announced that it would be shut down for 26 days . When they boarded up their windows  the mayor was still announcing to the city that they were going to open the library on March 22nd . So how did they know it was going to be 26 day and is it really going to be 26 days . I'll tell you how they know these are foreign agents and this bar is a foreign Agent Owned business .  It's nice of them to announce that  but we already knew it was no secret
