On Friday morning after I left the victory center I was walking to Central Library not only was I being circled by the female SAPD but I also was being stalked by the white vans owned by SAPD. One of two of them parked by the print shop Lexington. The print shop that was suppose to be closed by the city after several inspections. Code violations and fire hazards
