Minion Patrick who isn't what he seems

He is not apart of the Comey team but he also is not a regular minion on the streets helping officers to attack an innocent mother fighting for her children. The last time I interacted with him he was instructed to take me to the park after hours so they could arrest me for being in the park after hours. One evening he was instructed to hack into my phone a method that has been used by many minions. They claim they have lost their phone and they attempt to use a locator app that app gives them access to my phone. Of course it never works because I already have a team of good guys in the phone and my enemies are still too dumb to understand this. When they have tried this tactic multiple times it has failed and dirty police officers don't know enough to stop.

On this particular evening some agents had come into town and they bought Patrick a meal. They went out of their way to tell officers they don't know Patrick and they were just trying to help him out. They know him! They work together. Why would they volunteer information to officers that was not asked for? It is none of the officers business if they know Patrick.
