Caesar has tried to walk away from this situation time and time again and they figure out various ways to flush him back to the scene. They have made him promises and they have offered him a permanent full time position at Fresh from Texas to keep him playing this game. Dirty Officers have played him and made him feel they were friends. Then when he would start to get the truth from me he would step away again. When he would step away several people would come to me asking where he is. I would then announce in my phone Caesar is gone and my enemies would attack yet again pulling their pet/tool back in. Investigators are watching what they are doing and anticipating the things they do to keep this man playing the game.
