Dog Attack Oct. 8th about 2100 hours

At this home after I left Starbucks there was a dog that was not on a leash
He was running free and attacking anyone and everyone walking on this sidewalk. You can bet it was me they intended the dog to attack.
I need to make a formal complaint so the city can make sure they get the fine they deserve. The dog might be taken to the pound and that is what you get for doing favors for demands and traders to our nation.
