Olmos park strange accurance

I have yet another stalker pretending to walk his dog and conveniently walking in my path. I can't say what he is a dirty cop a dirty CIA operative a dirty agent it is a young guy that's physically fit and he's a creeper and guilty of stalking and harassing. I was told he was there so obviously the investigating agent know full well what he's doing and are quite aware that he's the creeper and he needs to be indicted for the crimes he's guilty of
