Officer Shannon lied and falsified information on alegal document she said I had a diagnosis she also said I was non compliant with med use. I have no meds prescribed to me and I told thst. She said I was hearing voices and I surly am not and never said that perhaps the voices as she hearing told her that. She said I think there are bugs in my phone. What I think is bugs haven't been used since 1996 and she needs therapy to join us in the 21st century Yes she needs therapy and a moral compass butwe are going to start with IA
When I arrived at South West general the director of the hospital called the er and talked to nurse about me telling her to do another drug test and to admit me immediately I use to work er our director never called or showed up wonder who called the director
When I was there I never saw a doctor but was informed by a nurse that she would be filing a opc against me. The director said they based this on all my stalking and harassing I am suffering doesn't yet they refused to look at evidence. When I transferred to the VA I had to fight to get it South West was violating my civil rights and refusing the transfer. When I got to VA there was a resident waiting and she received a call from Dr Miller who I had never seen not for second and mind you nurse seely that I saw is not qualified to make a diagnosis. That is malpractice. Dr Miller told Dr perington to diagnose me with the exact same thing wrote on falsified doc
And even when I was asked a series of questions and it was obvious the diagnosis did not fit she put it on my medical report ruining my like. I am now in front of a judge pleading for my freedom simply because I chief how was doing and he asked me what he could do for I answered simpl

I just lost my freedom and I will never see my children again and i did nothing wrong. The judge ruled in favor of the VA doctors because they never ask for forced custody well they are only asking because they received a call before I got to hospital and we all know who did that. Ask the chief give retribution for the crimes he committed against me is not an infraction of the law but calling South West director and telling them to give me a diagnosis that matches what his officer wrote is most certainly a crime. I will get Justice and I think it is important to add I had no legal counsel or advice the woman that told me she was there to help told me to tell my whole story and hang myself then she asked me questions in front of judge that were completely unrelated to why I was in hospital. The attorney that was prosecuting me was much more professional. The judge said a very stupid thing I am sure the doctors will release you right they sent me to court to hold me
South West general director of the hospital at twenty hundred hours do you how significant that is she told the nurse to test me for drugs again they were convinced they could find drugs where did that come from???
