I was abused by my ex-husband for ten years including rape, emotional abuse, infidelity, ect. ect. my children were also abused and I attempted to file for a divorce and end the cycle (the courts have record), and when my husband would find out he would take the keys and not allow me to leave the home so i could complete the process. Finally CPS stepped in and intervened they found him to be guilty of abuse and ordered him to leave the home. I thanked God for them I needed help so desperately as I do now. He went and found the help of a local non-profit and they instructed my then husband to force his way back into the family home where I was running a daycare. The daycare immediately shut down because as you probably know you can not run a daycare with someone suspected of abuse in the home. When he was in the home for one week my son Aadyan came to me and said look mom he really has changed as he displayed his arms Dad's been back for a week and I have no bruises. Of course I couldn't dash my sweet boy's hopes and tell him daddy was faking for appearance sake, I simply said maybe he has changed. CPS came back to the home and removed him again and told if he stayed she would take our children and they would stuck in the system for an indefinite period of time. At this time my husband said to the CPS agent "How about my wife and the kids leave and I stay". A mom and four children he was going to kick to the curb so he could keep our home. I had no income and the bills piled up and the CPS agents suggested that the children and I go back to Michigan where we are from and where all of out family and friends are. I agreed and attempted to contact their father to let them know and the agent also tried to contact him he refused to answer. Finally my father and the father of my first born were able to contact him and they supervised a visitation with our children before we went back to Michigan.  While in Michigan for the year of 2013 my husband blocked our number so we could not contact him during the children's birthdays I had to have friends call and remind him it was the children's birthday. Here in Texas he was writing bad checks in my name, opening credit cards, and he used my SA Library card and charged 1000.00 in library materials. When I found out what he had done I told him it needed to be fixed and straightened out and he said "Too Bad that's what you get". There is a detective on this case but no charges have been brought against him. He went to court in Texas to divorce and take our children it was revenge. He had gotten on the phone with me and told me he would flip burgers before he paid me a dime in child support, and he also said it doesn't matter how long it takes I taking those kids from you. At a later time he was the phone telling me I would never get my hands on those DFPS records that caused him to be removed from the house. I attempted to get them and found out that his boss had called in a favor to DFPS records and Eric Griffin in fact would not give me my records. November 11 2013 the judge signed the paper allowing him temporary custody of our children the court order is filled with perjurious lies that I can prove beyond a reasonable doubt. Our electricity was shut off the month of December I suffered another CPS investigation, both the CPS agent and my parents called my ex husband and asked when he was going to start taking care of his family he never did when we were married. He told all of them that it was not his responsibility.  He had been working for that same non-profit he went to for help since March of 2013 he went to a court of law and said he was unemployed he listed legal expenses however his attorney was supplied by the non-profit free of charge. He said in a court of law which I was never served to appear in that I was abusive and the children were in danger in my care a lie. He did not come to get our children from Michigan until March 4th 2014 so if they were in such danger why did he wait five months to come get the children. He refused to allow the children to say goodbye to any of their friends and family, aunts uncles cousins grandparents and they could not even say goodbye to their mother. 

I followed my children to Texas I arrived on April 29th 2014. My ex-husband knew I was coming even though I tried to keep it a secret. You see he tricked our ten year old son to give him the IP address of the wifi and from there he got into all my computers and he is still in my laptop computer. I feel confident when I give it to the FBI they find the evidence of what  he has been doing and using my computer to track me and he deleted important docs. I was going to take to a court of law. I arrived in texas and began my journey. The first place I went was kid exchange to set visits with my children. I had a very hard time dealing with these people and being that I am a war time veteran I knew exactly how to go threw someone's chain of command, the director was removed from her position however I was never able to use their program because my ex husband and his attorney did not file the visitation orders with the court properly and when kid exchange asked them to do it properly they refused to do so. 

I had people following me and i was unable to see my children then my ex called me told me that they filed an injunction and I was not allowed to be within a 1000 feet of him or the children or his co-workers. I was never served with this either and I was in Texas when they did it. Apparently it was ok for them to follow me on May 1st 2014 my ex husband came to the Hotel where I was staying I got to see my children for ten minutes. He violated his own court order and I have time stamped pictures to prove it. He immediately left the hotel and went and filed a police report that was false stating I violated the court order a lie, filed just moments after he was there attempting to cover his own butt. 

I was going to dozens and dozens of free consultations with attorney's each one would read my court order and say this doesn't make any sense (I would find out later what they meant), I found out that because I was using my computer to search these attorney's out he could see and he called many of them and told them I was a drunk, using drugs and I suffered from some sort of mental disorder all lies and this is the reason that these attorney's would not help me. 

I got a job at the Methodist hospital and was trying to rebuild myself. There were people following to and from my place of employment there were waving and swerving in and out of traffic. I found out that the chef of security Mark Jenkins was taking pictures of my schedule and sending it to my ex husband and that is why they knew when to follow me. I filed police reports and gave license plate numbers and they did nothing to help me. I filed many police reports about the denial of visitation and they did nothing. What I didn't know at the time is my ex husband had a police officer helping him to attack me, I had seen this police officer taking pictures of me with his phone i could see he was sending them out but i thought that my ex was calling and claiming i was threatening him or something. I found out he was telling anyone that would listen that i planned i taking my children and leaving the country. This was a blatant lie I have never broke the law and I wasn't going to start now. The officer helping him is A. Flores of SAPD south substation and this man is still following me to this day on and off duty and he is having other officers follow me as well he has unmarked cars sitting outside my place of residence and he has become very aggressive.  He has had police reports deleted from the system I called non-emergency to report him following me from work and then sitting for an extended period of time outside my place of residence, a police officer pulled him over and another responded to the call. All of this has been deleted from SAPD computers and the call was deleted from dispatch. I went to the Chef's office, IA, Senator Cornyn, Justice Department, and the FBI. The FBI is helping me but i need to give them a large list of things and this officer and the detectives will loose their jobs and I pray they will confess that they were stalking harassing and terrorizing me as a favor to my ex-husband. 

April 2016 I talked to the Lahood Law firm a paralegal named Erika at the firm told me she wanted me to send all my case files so she could review my case. I sent her huge amounts of documents, police reports, rape crisis counseling documents, CPS reports, Erika took everything I gave her and sent it out of the Lahood office to the organization the my ex husband works for. When I realized what was happening I called Erika to ask why? She refused to answer my calls or answer my emails. So I told every member of the Lahood law firm via email. I faxed this information to DA Lahood and it is my guess his staff never informed him of what had been done to me.

I sent letters to the major and after doing so I had screws sunk into the tires of my car and I was chased in the middle of the night by a white pick up truck. You see I slept in my car a couple of evenings in hopes to caught the culprit and when they pulled up to do it again I got scard I started the car and drove away and they chased. Yea I know not the smartest thing I didn't even get a plate number. 

I contacted the Clinton Administration in February 2016 informed them of my situation and asked for help, I informed them of the castro brothers involvement and they instructed Congressman Castro to call me. He called on March 1st 2016 he said he was going to help but he had no intention of doing so. His underlying agenda was to intimidate me and keep me from telling my story. 

I went to court on March 4th because my ex husband and his attorney lied in a court of law again and said i violated a court order. The judge told them the court order didn't make any sense at all and she almost threw it out right then. She said that I was to be reunited with my children and my ex husband argued with her not his attorney he got in the judges face and said no judge she shouldn't ever see our children again. Before we went into the court room these men confined me to a small room and told me i would never see my children again unless i went to counseling with the man that repeatedly raped me over and over for years. They are getting away with this, his attorney has called me on three different occasions and threatened me. He has sent nasty emails threatening me. I am terrified of this man. I filed police reports (that have been deleted from records), and I filed a claim with the state bar and they did nothing at all. He has sent his relatives to follow me and he has followed me himself, I know this because i was able to run some of those plate numbers I collected.

My ex husband recently hacked in my phone he was deleting contacts like Senator Cornyn and he was deleting pictures that was some of my proof. He used the GPS tracker so he could give my location to his friends. One of his little minions followed me to FBI Headquarters I took the bus and he got off with me was yelling in the back of my head why we going to FBI, I am going there too, I just walked more swiftly and then when I went up to the guard shack and he stopped on the side walk and he paced in circles and then called someone. Meanwhile I got threw the first of many doors that I would have to go through, at that time that same young man walked up to the guard shack and started rattling the door pounding on the windows and finally the guards addressed him. He said I need to get in and talk to Agent Ricco of organized crime, I jumped up in fear he is following me he started following me downtown all the way here. The guards didn't let him in and shared with me their is no agent ricco he pulled it out of his butt. What on earth did that young man plan on doing when he got in there with me?

I still have police officers sitting outside my place of residence but I am doing as the FBI instructed me to do and a lot of prayer it is so said these Officers are going to be in so much trouble and my ex husband had no consideration for their well being or careers he asked them to break the law for him and now they will be unemployed. 

My ex and his attorney went back to court on July 13th for the contempt and had to tell the judge I was never reunited with my children. They did the visitation court order on July 13th and they were ordered by the court to do it on March 8th 2016 of course they are not held in contempt. So my ex husband went to guardian house and did his intake on Aug. 02nd 2016 and I had no idea no one told me at this time I no longer had use of my computer he put a virus on it and I was unable to retrieve my email. I think this is why he did it so I would not know that I had to be in court. When I finally found the email I called Guardian House and a young lady named Shay said there was no new court order, that was September, then I called twice in October and the same person told me there was no new court order. Finally I found out the truth I went and paid, and made an appointment for my intake. When on I showed up for my intake appointment they told me that I had called and cancelled. I never called cancelled but the staff cancelled it. So now my intake is done and it took three attempts to get it done. They said i would see my children in two weeks but i promise you it won't happen. See that's how i found out he was in my phone when i was calling the guardian house to let them know I was coming he ended the call. Then he put a text message virus on it so it kept making noise and i couldn't get it to stop. I took it to cop friend and he confirmed what I suspected. I don't really know how long he was in the phone, I went a bought a new phone and he got in that too. I unplugged the phones for three days the FBI instructed me to put them back together and use them because that will supply them with more evidence against the ex and the organization he works for. The agent said something about owned technology not real clear what he meant.

There is a lot more to this story believe it or not but this is way too long
