In 2012 Gregory Marshall was receiving unemployment benefits but he told his wife he was not receiving anything at all. He refused to help with bills or any other household expenses and when his wife did the taxes for 2012 she got a big shock to find that he had collected more than 3000 dollars in unemployment benefits and she was completely unaware. The IRS has a file on this and the phone recordings of his wife talking to various agents about the unknown earns and the fact his wife would have to pay the taxes on his money. Not one dime of this money was used to take of the family or her small business expenses but yet she was left responsible for the taxes.
In November of 2011 Gregory Marshall was removed from the home at 1322 Summit Bluff and the following morning he went to Wells Fargo and emptied his wife's bank account and her small buisness bank account his name was not on either account but Wells Fargo decided that since they had seen his face so many times they would allow him to leave a Mother and 4 children flat broke with bills to pay and groceries to buy.
