Congressman Castro

On March 1^st Congressman Castro called me and claimed he wanted to help in my situation however his underlining agenda was to keep me from telling my story and to cover up his connection to the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign whom his relatives run and he helps them maintain government grants.

The San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign use Congressman Castro and Secretary Castro’s names to manipulate other non-profit agencies in the surrounding area, Battered Women’s Shelter, Family Endeavors, TRLA, and many others these men are slandering my name saying I have mental condition which is a lie and I am sure I am not the only mother and my children are not the only ones who has suffered the consequences of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign.

If I were related to the Castro Brothers my children and I would be together safe from their abusive father. But because it is the members of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign that  are related to the Castro Brothers there is an abusive man teaching parenting classes, I wonder how those who have paid for these classes are going to feel when they find out that the man teaching these classes is guilty of abuse. When I get in a court of law I will prove beyond a doubt that he is abusive and the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign has covered it up. My civil rights have been violated and I have never had a day in court to fight for my babies and the SAFC continues to lie about me to cover their secrets.

 It has been two years since I seen or spoken to my children due to the actions of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign. My ex-husband is Gregory J Marshall.

 Frank Castro Jr(director of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign),  called the records department of DFPS and asked Eric Griffin Jr to cover up the CPS investigational reports that proved Gregory J Marshall was guilty of abuse, at which time he was removed from the home. The San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign instructed their employee to reenter our home in which I was operating a daycare which was my families sole income, when he successfully reentered the home I was forced to close my daycare because he was under investigation by CPS for abuse and I was unable to operate a daycare with someone suspected of abuse in the home. Tamer Morsi the attorney who works for SAFC stated in a court of law that he never received any money from Texas Rio Grande legal Aide, so if that statement is true I guess that means that Texas Rio Grande legal Aide and I have a letter from TRLA that states the SAFC received grant money from them for legal services and then they refused to help me save my babies. So who is lying? On March Fourth 2016 a judge order that I be reunited with my children and to this day the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign continues to violate the court order. The visitation is be conducted at Kids Exchange and these sessions will be recorded and Gregory J Marshall is very afraid that during these recorded sessions my children WILL tell me that their father has been telling them that mommy has a mental illness and they would never see me again. The members of SAFC have been given medical records and psychiatric evaluations and they continue with this lie. Someone who does this is clearly lost touch with reality and is showing signs and symptoms of a mental disorder.   He was literally arguing with the judge that I should not see our children. And this is what the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign calls responsible parenting. They also think it is ok to cover the crimes and abuse their employees are guilty of. I have police reports that prove the slanderous lies that the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign has been telling about me to anyone that will listen. I also have proof that police reports have disappeared and been removed from SAPD records department this is something else I can prove beyond reasonable doubt.


This information has been sent to all 31 senators of Texas; Senators Cornyn and Cruz and these offices have been contacted by the members of the San Antontio Fatherhood Campaign and the senators staff has been told a lie that I am insane and they should not help me or consider my complaints and the information here valid. Of course I took action against these employees who violated the the privacy act of 1974 and I filed a complaint with DOJ and the state of Texas ethics commision. The employees of Senator Jonathon Cornyn's office have also violated policies and procedures of their jobs when they decided to do nothing in this matter.

My name is Dawn M Neering-Marshall and I have suffered lost police reports. I have talked to Reid Koenig 210-207-7320 on several occasions asking about the missing police reports and all this young man says over and over again is “I don’t know”. Chief McManus has told me that police reports never go away, so how is it that I have more than a dozen police reports missing? I can bring in all those officers that wrote those reports. However I was wondering doesn’t the network at SAPD record all the activity of the people using the computer system? When a Detective decides to press delete on a police report wouldn’t that be recorded activity?

June 2014 I went into the main building of SAPD and asked when they would be doing an investigation of the crimes that my ex-husband committed against me and a detective came out and talked to me who told me there would be no investigation. Of course I became upset knowing that my ex-husband would get away with all these crimes. The detective stepped two feet away from me made a call on his cell-phone and said “What are you asking me to do?”, “She wasn’t even in the state of Texas when he did these things?” That detective was talking to the members’ of the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign, he refused to give me his name but I will never forget his face.  Soon after this accrued police reports started to disappear, including the police report that listed in detail Tamer Morsi (of the San Antonio fatherhood campaign), calling my phone threatening my life. I guess it really is all about who you know. I do however have in my possession the police report that has a statement that the San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign told a police officer that I have a mental condition. I have evaluations and medical records that prove this is a slanderous lie.

So who do I go to, to have these police reports recovered that were deleted as a favor for San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign? Can your office help me or is there someone else I should be talking to?
