when I arrived at the Apple Valley Police Department the woman behind the desk was telling me that the Dakota County Courthouse is across the street two blocks away I continuously tried to tell her it was in Hastings Minnesota and she refused to give me directions or location and I found out the hard way that they do not provide transport to court house for the review hearing reviews County Jail the woman behind the counter told me that I wasn't allowed to have a police report because I am not a resident of Apple Valley even though the crime was committed against me and Apple Valley isn't that amazing don't forget about those protesters
